Commission options are currently undergoing a rework. If you would like something that isn't currently available, you can ask to be updated when they become available again!

Commission slots currently open:
I won't be taking new commissions until I'm finished recovering from surgery. Feel free to ask to be notified when they're open again!

Slots are filled on a first come, first serve basis. If all slots are currently full, feel free to contact me anyway - I'll put you on a waitlist and let you know as soon as there's an open slot!

Terms & Conditions

You MUST read these IN FULL before you attempt to commission me. I reserve the right to refuse any commission, for any reason, and if you have obviously not read my rules I will refuse to work with you until you have done so.

GENERAL:
• Payment will be taken through Paypal Invoices - just give me the email associated with your Paypal account once we've finalized the details of your commission. (If you don't have Paypal, message me anyway and I'll see if we can find an alternative.)
• Progress updates and .CSP files are available upon request.
• If you have a question that isn't covered here, feel free to reach out for clarification!
• I don't reserve slots. You MUST send me references before you pay.

WILL DO:
• Original characters
• Characters from existing media
• Nonsexual nudity above the waist - however, I don't want my accounts marked as mature, so you'll have to post it (with credit!) on your own accounts
• Tentatively accepting furry/anthro characters - I'm not practiced at them yet, but I'll try!

WON'T DO:
• Sexual content/nudity below the waist (however, doll-style anatomy is fine)
• I will not do realistic real-world animals. (I'm bad at them. Sorry!)

USAGE RIGHTS:
• Do not use my art for NFTs, AI, or anything commercial.
• I would rather you didn't repost your commission on Tumblr (unless it's NSFW - see above) but if you absolutely must, please tag me @dotventures. Reposting to other websites is fine, but please link back to this Carrd.
• Use as icons/emotes/similar is fine, with credit.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS:
• Once you've sent me your references, I will begin a sketch of your piece. (The amount of time this will take depends on what you've ordered.) Once I have sent you the sketch and confirmed any details with you, I will send you a Paypal invoice. Payment in full is required upon agreeing on a finalized sketch.
• If you change your mind once you've received your sketch, before you pay, you may decline to continue with the commission. Refunds will not be given once I have begun work on the full piece.
• If I cannot complete your commission within the agreed time (dependent on what you've ordered - details are listed in each section of this Carrd), you may request a refund. (If I know there will be a delay in completing your piece, I will let you know as soon as I can.)

CHIBI ICONS - $10 usd

A 500 x 500px transparent icon depicting a character of your choosing.

Addons:
• Extra detail (such as glow, for sylvari) - $3 USD
• Additional expressions - $3 USD

Required:
• At least one visual reference of the character's face - this can be as simple as a Picrew, but I won't work without a visual reference.
• What expression you want them to have
• Any other details you want me to include (i.e., scarring, tattoos, piercings). Visual references of these are appreciated, but not required.

Timeframe:
You will receive the sketch/lines of your character within 3 days of sending your references. Once you've paid and approved the sketch, the full piece will be complete within 1 week.

Full Body Chibis - $20 usd

One 1000px tall drawing depicting a character of your choosing. (Width may vary based on pose or number of characters.) Please note: Due to the nature of chibis, complicated armor and designs will be simplified.

Required:
• At least one visual reference of the character's full body. This can be a combination of references, such as a Picrew and a separate outfit reference, but it must be visual.
• One description or visual reference of what pose and expression you'd like them to have.
• Any other details you'd like me to include (i.e., scarring, tattoos, piercings.) Visual references of these are appreciated, but not required.

• Additional character - $10 USD
• Prop/pet - $5 USD

Timeframe:
You will receive a sketch of your piece within 5 days of sending your references. Once you've approved the sketch and paid, you will receive a full piece within 1 week.

PORTRAITS - $25 USD

A 1500 × 2100px portrait of one character.

Required:
• At least one visual reference of the character's face, but preferably more. (Picrews are accepted, but please tell me if there are any differences.) I will not work without a visual reference.
• What expression you want them to have
• Any other details you want me to include (i.e., scarring, tattoos, piercings). Visual references of these are appreciated, but not required.

Timeframe:
You will receive the sketch/lines of your character within 7 days of sending your references. Once you've paid and approved the sketch, the full piece will be complete within 2 weeks.

HALF BODY - unavailable

• Complicated outfit/armor (if you're not sure if your outfit counts, send me references, and I'll tell you) - $5 USD per character with a complicated outfit/armor
• Prop (weapons, etc) or (simple) pet - $3 USD
